Terms of Service — GymSetu

1. Service Description

GymSetu is a cloud-based gym management SaaS for gym owners in India.

2. Account Terms

• Must provide accurate gym information
• Responsible for all activity under your account
• Minimum age: 18 years

3. Payment Terms

• Monthly subscription via UPI or bank transfer
• No auto-debit without explicit consent
• Invoice sent at start of each billing cycle
• 14-day free trial, no credit card required

4. Cancellation

• Cancel anytime, no penalty
• Access continues until end of billing period
• Data exported to Excel before cancellation
• Data retained 90 days then permanently deleted

5. Acceptable Use

• Use only for legitimate gym management
• Do not share login credentials
• Do not attempt to access other gym's data

6. Limitation of Liability

• Service provided as-is
• Not liable for revenue loss during downtime
• Best-effort uptime, no SLA on free plan

7. Changes to Terms

• 30 days notice for material changes
• Continued use = acceptance of new terms
