1. Information We Collect
- Gym owner: name, email, phone, gym name
- Members: name, phone number (for reminders only)
- Payment records: amount, date, method
- We do NOT collect biometric fingerprint data (biometric stays on your local device only)
2. How We Use Your Information
- Send WhatsApp renewal reminders to gym members
- Generate payment receipts
- Account login and authentication
- Improve the GymSetu platform
3. Data Sharing
- We never sell your data to third parties
- WhatsApp messages sent via approved Business API only
- Supabase (our database provider) stores data securely
4. Data Security
- All data stored on secured cloud servers
- Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text
- HTTPS encryption on all connections
5. Your Rights
- Request your data export anytime
- Request account deletion: hello@gymsetu.in
- Data retained 90 days after cancellation then deleted
